Carpets for Public Interiors

The 100% wool and tencel carpets meet the requirements for hotels and other public spaces (flammability classification Cfl-s1) and have been tested by the Ecology, Engineering and Innovation Institute GmbH (OETI) in Austria.

Unit carpets should be of particular interest to interior designers and architects seeking to add a distinctive accent to public interiors. Specially designed carpets can be placed in hotel lobbies, spa centres, ministries, embassies, shops and showrooms that want to welcome their customers on a carpet with a distinctive pattern, colour, size or shape. A logo can be woven in and the carpet can not only be laid as a floor covering but also hung on the wall as a contemporary interior object.

The maximum size of the carpet is 5 x 13 m. There is a wide range of different pile heights, weaving and finishing techniques, carpet sizes and shapes to choose from. For public interior floor coverings, we have particularly durable spun wool yarns, which are recommended for areas with high footfall and heavy wear.
